A series of mindfulness exercises that focus on breathing and silence, This is a meditative exercise aimed at developing insight into the nature of reality. It includes monitoring breathing, bodily sensations and mental processes.
Attendance: In person and online.
Duration: 1.5 hours/Session.
Target Audience: In-person program for female only
Online program: for male and female.
